Adore it!! It's just so charming. Everything revolves around the sea. Surfing to be more exactly. Everywhere you look you see kids, teens and adults walking with their surfer board in or out of the ocean looking happy as ever. It's a rustic and beautiful place to visit. Add to the view, the salty smell and the warm wind and you got a ticket for a perfect summer day. A perfect lazy, relaxed summer day. Have a good weekend!

Adoro!! Simplesmente encantador. Tudo gira em turno do mar. Do surf para ser mais exacta. Por onde quer que se olhe só se vê crianças, adolescentes e adultos com as suas respectivas pranchas de surf a ir ou a vir do mar com o maior ar de felicidade de sempre. Baleal é um local rústico e lindo para se visitar. Acrescenta-se à bela vista, o cheiro a mar salgado e o vento quente e tem-se um bilhete para um perfeito dia de verão. Um perfeito dia de verão descontraído. Bom fim-de-semana!

Gorgeous place! So the idea was to visit the center of Peniche and lucky we found the island of Baleal which is separated from the mainland by a tombolo (a chunk of sand).
I had to cross the beach through the sand to reach the rocks from the photo above, which is itself a "wow" moment. The rocks are amazing, it seemed like I was somewhere in Central America or something.
It's a beautiful place, very picturesque.

Sitio lindo! A ideia era visitar o centro de Peniche mas por sorte encontrámos a ilha de Baleal, que está separada do continente por um tômbolo (pedaço de areia).

Há que atravessar a praia pela areia para se chegar às rochas da imagem, o que por si só já é um momento wow. As rochas são demais, parecia que estava algures na América Central.

É um lugar muito bonito, muito pitoresco.
