Since it's my last year as a student, I wanted to get the most of it, by going to the most concerts possible ( That I could afford). Bottom line during this year I've been to more concerts than my last 10 years together. And I'm not done yet ;p

So what the heck, I spent 60 euros on a ticket to Rock In Rio, mainly to see Justin Timberlake on his 1st show in Portugal. Me and 80 000 of others apparently.

Justin Timberlake gave one of the most complete shows ever, playing songs from every single album. And we cheered, clapped, screamed, sang along with him in songs like "Senorita", "Cry me a River", "Until the end of times", "What goes around comes around", "Mirrors" etc. AMAZING!

Before him, for about 1h30m on stage was the very talented Jessie J. Her proximity with the fans became more and more visible over the show: National scarf around her neck, fans crying/thrilled when she approached them, choirs to accompany the "Laserlight", "Pricetag" and "Domino". Dancing, so much dancing. "I've never seen an audience so involved in a concert like this, from the front to the back,"she said. She's amazing.

Before Jessie J, Mac Miller appeared on stage, also his first time performing in Portugal, with a crazy beat. The first performance on the world stage was the portuguese artist João Pedro Pais with 1 surprise guest, also portuguese, Jorge Palma .

Já que é meu último ano como estudante, quero aproveitar ao máximo, resolvendo ir ao maior nº de shows possíveis (e que eu posso pagar). Resumindo, durante este ano fui a mais concertos do que os meus últimos 10 anos juntos ;p

Sem qualquer preocupação eu gastei 60 € num bilhete para o Rock in Rio, principalmente para ver Justin Timberlake no seu primeiro concerto em Portugal. Não só eu mas como outras 80 000 pessoas.

Justin Timberlake deu um dos concertos mais completos de sempre, tocando várias músicas de cada álbum. E nós batemos palmas, gritámos, cantámos com ele canções como "Senorita", "Cry Me a River", "Until the end of times", "What goes around comes around", "Mirrors", etc...

Antes dele, durante 1h30m actuou a talentosa Jessie J. A sua proximidade com os fãs tornou-se bem visível ao longo do concerto: cachecol nacional à volta do pescoço, fãs a chorar quando ela se aproximou, coros a acompanhar a "Laserlight", " Pricetag "e" Domino". E dança, muita dança. "Eu nunca vi um público tão envolvido como este, da plateia da frente para a de trás", disse ela. Ela é espectacular.
